Skillventory Portal

Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 October 2026

These terms govern access to and use of app.skillventory.com and the recruitment, hiring-drive, grievance, candidate, and staff services made available through it.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information, be legally capable of accepting these terms, and meet the eligibility criteria of any hiring drive or service you choose to use. If you use the portal on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and secure access

Some services require Google sign-in or email verification. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and mailbox, using only an account you are authorized to use, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Staff-only areas may be accessed only by expressly authorized personnel.

3. Applications and recruitment services

You authorize Skillventory to process and, where relevant, share your submitted application information with the employer, hiring client, or recruitment partner identified for that opportunity. Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, assessment, interview, selection, employment, compensation, or any particular outcome. Hiring criteria, schedules, roles, benefits, and openings may change.

You are responsible for ensuring that application details and uploaded documents are complete, current, accurate, and lawfully provided. Skillventory or the applicable hiring client may verify submitted information and may reject or discontinue an application that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, ineligible, or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

4. Grievance service

The grievance service provides a channel for good-faith submissions and follow-up. It is not an emergency service and does not replace law enforcement, medical assistance, legal advice, or formal remedies available under law or an employer’s procedures. Do not knowingly submit false, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated material.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • impersonate another person, misuse another account, or provide fraudulent documents;
  • probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security;
  • introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted information, or disrupt the service;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, or unrelated to the service;
  • access candidate, client, or staff information without authorization.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You grant Skillventory a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and share that content as necessary to provide the requested service, administer the relevant recruitment process, comply with law, and protect the portal. Skillventory’s portal software, design, branding, and original materials remain the property of Skillventory or its licensors. Partner names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

The portal may rely on or link to third-party services, including identity, security, mapping, storage, communications, and hiring-client systems. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. A link or integration does not make Skillventory responsible for a third party’s independently operated service.

8. Availability, suspension, and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the portal where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons. We may suspend access associated with suspected misuse or a violation of these terms. Where practical, important service changes will be communicated through the portal.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Skillventory does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or any recruitment outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, Skillventory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the portal.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with applicable jurisdiction in India will govern disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute procedures under applicable law. Questions may be sent to info@skillventory.com or through the Skillventory contact page.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
